TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the boxia gear is produced and tested here in Italy.

We guarantee with our rigid standards and quality control the best products for every boxing and combat sport athlete.

Thereby here our production timing, our shipping procedures and way to return the gear purchased.

TIMING

Product in stock:

The product that are already produced and in our warehouse are considered product in stock. Every other product that should be produced or costumised as the costumer demand is considered as custum products.
Due to the many orders (ecommerce, ambassadors’ orders, shops etc.) there may be overlapping orders which could make the product out of stock.

Product out of stock:

3-4 weeks for production plus shipping time

Custom products:

6-8 weeks from model confirmation plus shipping time

Those timings are based on the average orders we receive every day. We may produce the gear in a very short period of time in the case the order we received are mostly on stock products.

When the order is received, paid and ready we will proceed to he shipping procedures.

Shipping and delivery times are as follows:
• delivery in 3 working days in Italy.

• delivery in 5 working days in Europe and UK

• delivery in 7-14 working days rest of the world

These are approximate and based on the courier service. We do not take any responsability over delays and problems caused by the courier services or the customs.

Anyway we are always ready to help, to we give any possible information and to reach couriers and customs to make the gear arrive safe and fast to its destination.

Return policy

The return is free and without extra fees within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. Just return the gear/s intact and unused to our offices in

and you will be entirely refunded.

 

This return policy is not available for products requested ad hoc with customizations or embroidered names or for not in stock products, specifically requested by the costumer.

Under no circumstances boxia srls will refund a product that is shipped but it is not arrived yet or if the customisation process is already started.

 

Boxia will substitute all the products and gear that have problems due to a Boxia mistake. It includes problems to the sewings and or to the materials.

Boxia will not cover problems caused by the normal (or inappropriate) use of the gear during training over time, such as very small scratches, leathers color changes, internal material modifications or others.
